You may return new and un-installed items sold and fulfilled by I Hardware Direct, Inc. within 45 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). We do not charge a re-stocking fee for items listed on our website.

 

Custom orders, modified products, clearance items and products marked "As-Is, No Returns" are non-refundable. Exchanges are made with like items.

 

Damaged or defective items may be replaced within 30 days of purchase at no charge. Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase (for cash/check payments, a refund check will be issued). The process normally takes 7-10 business days to complete. No credits are issued for incomplete returns.
